What Is Liquid Cooling?
Liquid Cooling comes in two forms: liquid immersion and direct liquid cooling (or direct to chip). To enable this capability, there are three things required:
- A new engineering and fit out format in the data hall
- A systems integration capability, including server OEM
- A cloud services capability to enable customer utilisation
